"And so

of history,

murder shall

breed murder,

always in

the name of

right and honour,

and peace,

until the Gods

of blood

and create

that can

Javier Suarez Medina

Amazing grace how sweet the sound
That saved a wretch like me
I once was lost but now I'm found
Was blind but now I see...

These were the last words which were released of my friend Javier 's lips before he died. He sang the first lines of tis song, then he closed his eyes for ever. Javier Suarez Medina was killed in the name of justice on August 14, 2002 by the state of Texas.

He will never be forgotten.

Javier Medina was an open and caring person.

He was a good son and brother to his family.

He was a good friend to me.

He was  an example to many other death row inmates.

He was the one who helped them to survive there.

He was the one who  spreaded his positive philosophy of
life to the other guys on death row.

He gave hope and strenght to them.

He had a great sense of humor.

He was a joker.

He was an  upright man.

He was an honest man.

He became a murder by mistake.

He was 19 at the date of crime.

He did wrong.

He apologied.

He payed for his crime.

He did always regret his crime.

He was an exemplary inmate.

He grew up and became adult on death row.

He deeply believed in God from his childhood on.

He had the most positive perspectives to become
a member of society again.

He was definately no threat on society.

He was killed by the state of Texas -
violitang the Vienna Convention and neglecting
the International Human Rights Convention.

He was my friend.

I will miss him  forever.

His family will miss him and suffer forever.

And his killing was injustice and nothing else.

It could not bring the victim back, just another son, brother
and human being was killed.
