              für alle Verbrechen:        75 Staaten

            für normale Straftaten:    14 Staaten

             in der Praxis:                  20 Staaten

                                                            109 Staaten  

                     86 Staaten halten noch immer an der Todesstrafe fest.

 every year, less than 1% result in the death penalty.  

They die not  because their crimes are the most horrendous, 

but because they do not have the money and power
